Reworked the console
A richer dash, with self-destruct on it.
- Reworked the console dash and instrument cluster.
- Added a guarded self-destruct switch to the console.
- Reworked the self-destruct countdown and pod confirm overlays.
- Fixed off-center titles on the self-destruct overlays.
