Prospecting gear and chat filter option
Deep ore needs the right scanner and laser.
- Added a chat word filter toggle in Settings, on by default.
- Changed asteroids so a prospector scanner is required to identify deeper ore.
- Changed mining so a laser only cuts ore at or below its own tier.
