Hunt loaded haulers, grudges cool off
Kill loaded haulers for their cargo.
- Changed killed NPC traders to drop their cargo as scoopable ore.
- Added NPC grudges that fade over time.
- Fixed base factories overflowing instead of pausing when storage is full.
- Fixed a rare crash and some world-generation glitches.
